Frequently Asked Questions
Q How do I change or customize the illustration paper insert?
Unscrew the chrome tip section from the clear barrel, slide out the inner rolled artwork, roll your new illustration sheet into a gentle cylinder, insert it into the clear tube, and screw the tip firmly back in place.
Q What dimensions should I use for custom DIY art inserts?
The ideal template size is 32mm width by 98mm height on 128gsm coated art paper or waterproof PET film. This allows a seamless wrap with clean alignment inside the cylindrical barrel.
Q Is the inner ink refill standard and replaceable?
Yes, the pen uses standard 107mm slim ballpoint refills. When the ink runs out, you can easily replace the ink cartridge while keeping your custom decorated outer barrel permanently.
Q Will the printed illustration fade or scratch over time?
Because the printed paper insert resides completely inside the sealed crystal-clear acrylic outer tube, it is fully protected from fingernails, friction, moisture, and daily hand oils.
Q How does the 360-degree rotating visual film work?
The smooth interior diameter allows the inner decorative film to rotate smoothly around the central refill axis, creating continuous panoramic artwork visibility from any viewing angle.
Q What packaging options are available for gift presentation?
Options include individual clear OPP sleeves, single/dual-pen white window presentation boxes with velvet inserts, and counter acrylic display units for retail shops and student stationery collections.
