For standard volume orders (1,000 - 5,000 pieces), production typically takes 12-15 business days after artwork approval. Rush production is available for critical event deadlines.
Yes, we provide pre-production physical samples. The sample phase takes about 5-7 days. Once you approve the physical sample, we proceed with the full bulk run.
We strictly follow the Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) color chart. Our coloring department mixes the enamel manually to match your specific PMS codes, ensuring precise brand representation.
A one-time mold fee is required for new designs. However, this mold is kept in our facility for up to 3 years. If you reorder the exact same design within this period, no additional mold fees are charged.
Standard packaging includes individual poly bags to prevent scratching during transit. We also offer custom printed backing cards, velvet boxes, and acrylic display cases for retail-ready distribution.
