Die-cutting, printing, scent impregnation and OPP sealing are all done in-house. We apply fragrance oils using a controlled saturation process so every card in the batch smells identical — consistent scent strength is the quality issue most often missed by low-cost suppliers, and the one we test for on every order.

Our standard freshener cards last 4–6 weeks when hung in a car with the windows occasionally opened. A heavy-soak option is available that extends scent life to up to 8 weeks. The individual OPP sealed bag preserves the scent until the card is opened — cards stored sealed retain full fragrance strength for up to 18 months, making them ideal for pre-printing and stocking ahead of seasonal promotions.
Yes — if you are ordering multiple designs or SKUs in the same batch, each can carry a different scent. Please specify the scent for each design variant when you submit your brief. We will group them by scent during the saturation process and pack them separately to avoid cross-contamination.
Yes — this is our custom logo die-cut option. We create a cutting die from your logo outline and cut every card to that exact shape. A one-time die fee applies, which we include in your quote. Once the die is made, repeat orders carry no additional tooling cost. We recommend a minimum of 500 pieces for custom die shapes to justify the tooling cost, but we will confirm when quoting.
Yes — double-sided printing is available. A common configuration is your brand design on the front and contact details, QR code or scent information on the back. Both sides are printed before the scent is applied, so the print is not affected by the fragrance oil. Please supply artwork for both sides when you brief us.
Yes. All our fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant (International Fragrance Association standard) and REACH compliant — they are safe for use in car interiors. The cellulose fibre card and inks are also EN71 certified. We do not use any restricted or banned fragrance compounds. Safety data sheets are available on request.
No minimum for standard catalogue shapes (pine tree, round, car, star, etc.) — you can order as few as 1 piece. For custom die-cut shapes requiring a new die, a minimum of 100–500 pieces is recommended depending on die complexity. We confirm the exact MOQ when we quote your specific design.
Yes — OEM and ODM are fully supported. We produce fresheners and retail packaging under your brand only, with no STANDARD GIFTS markings. Many of our clients are car wash chains, automotive brands and gift retailers who sell under their own label.
