DTF (Direct-to-Film): best for complex, full-colour artwork — gradients, photographs, anime characters and detailed illustrations. Yes — DTF printing works perfectly on black and dark garments, producing vivid full-colour output. Screen printing on black requires an underbase white layer first, adding one colour to the print count but ensuring the colours appear as bright as on white garments. Embroidery works on any garment colour with no additional process.
Our standard T-shirts use 180–220 gsm 100% cotton. 180 gsm is lightweight and breathable — ideal for summer events and giveaways. 200–220 gsm has a more substantial, premium feel — preferred for fashion brands and merchandise. Heavier weights (240+ gsm) are available for oversized and boxy fits. We can provide a fabric swatch before you commit to an order.
Yes — mixed size runs are standard. Provide a size breakdown (e.g. 10× S, 20× M, 30× L, 15× XL) and we produce all sizes in the same batch. Screen printing has a per-colour setup fee that applies once per design regardless of how many sizes are in the order. DTF and embroidery have no colour setup fee.
Our screen prints use plastisol or water-based inks that are heat-cured into the fabric — they survive 50+ washes without cracking or fading when the garment is washed inside-out at 30–40°C and tumble-dried on low heat. DTF prints are similarly durable. Embroidery is the most wash-resistant option of all — the thread cannot fade or peel. We test wash colorfastness to ISO 105-C06 standard on each batch.
No minimum for DTF and embroidery decoration — you can order as few as 1 piece. Screen printing has a practical minimum of 12 pieces per colourway to justify the screen setup cost, though we can accommodate smaller quantities at a higher per-unit price. We confirm exact MOQ and pricing tiers per decoration method when we quote.
