Your file is reviewed at the target size, colour profile adjusted for UV ink output, and the cut contour is traced or refined before any material is touched.
A flatbed UV printer lays full-colour, high-resolution graphics directly onto the acrylic in a single pass — no transfer film, no colour bleeding at the edges.
Printed sheets go straight to the die cutter and are cut to your exact outline — irregular silhouettes, internal cut-outs and tight curves included.
Clear two-part epoxy is poured over the printed face, self-levelling into a smooth dome that deepens colour, adds a glass-like gloss and seals the surface.
Each pin is compared against the approved sample for print registration, dome clarity and edge condition. Backings are fitted and tested at this stage.
Each pin is individually bagged with a backing card or header card on request, then cartoned by order. Mixed designs are sorted and labelled per SKU.
Every series is UV-printed on the same flatbed line and cut from the same acrylic stock — mix collections within one order and they stay matched in thickness and finish.
