1.General & Ordering

What products do you specialize in?
We focus on custom metal pins (hard enamel, soft enamel, offset printing, 3D, etc.) and custom acrylic products (keychains, charms, stands, badges, ornaments, etc.). OEM & ODM are welcome.

What’s your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
No MOQ

How is the price calculated?
Price depends on size, material, crafts, colors, plating, quantity, and packaging. We provide an exact quote after confirming your design and details.

2.Design & Artwork

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We prefer vector files: AI, PDF, CDR, EPS.If you only have PNG/JPG, we will redraw your artwork to vector format for free.

Can you help modify or create a design?
Yes, we offer free design adjustment and free artwork creation based on your idea.

Do you protect my design copyright?
Yes. All customer designs and molds are kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your permission.

3.Samples

Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, we provide physical samples for approval to ensure quality and details meet your expectation.

How long for sample production?
Sample lead time is 7–15 working days. Longer lead time may apply for more complex designs.

Is there a sample fee?
Yes, sample fee is required. It will be refunded or deducted from your bulk order when you place a large order.
Materials & Safety

What materials do you use?
Metal pins: Zinc alloy, iron, copper
Acrylic products: High-quality transparent / frosted / colored acrylic
All materials are eco-friendly and durable.

Are your products safe for the US & EU markets?
Yes. Our products are lead-free, nickel-free, cadmium-free, compliant with CPSIA, ASTM F963, REACH standards.

4.Production & Delivery

How long is mass production time?
Normally 15–25 working days after sample approval and deposit received. Rush service is available for urgent orders.

Will you send pre-production photos?
Yes, we will send photos for final confirmation before mass production to avoid mistakes.

5.Payment

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, etc.Standard term: 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment.

6.Packaging & Shipping

How do you package the products?

Each piece in an OPP bag by default. Paper cards, blister packs, gift boxes are also available for custom packaging.

What shipping methods can I choose?
We support express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT), air freight, sea freight. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU.

7.Quality & After-Sale

What if I receive defective products?
We conduct 100% quality inspection before shipment. If there are any quality issues, we will resend replacements or refund the defective part in your next order.

Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your mold and design for repeat orders. Reorders are fast and no mold fee is needed again.
