Silk screen printing is the most cost-effective full-color finishing for custom metal accessories. Ink is pressed through a fine mesh onto the metal surface, allowing large-area, multi-color designs at a fraction of the cost of enamel or engraving. Almost any artwork: logos, text, patterns and full-surface color designs. Silk screen printing excels at large color areas and bold multi-color graphics. For very fine detail or gradients, we recommend laser engraving or enamel.
The ink is cured onto the metal surface and withstands normal daily wear, including gentle cleaning. Avoid hard scratching against metal objects. For maximum durability, consider hard enamel or laser engraving.
Silk screen printing lays flat ink on the surface — the lowest-cost option, ideal for large colorful areas and promotions. Enamel adds recessed or polished color with texture at a higher cost. Choose printing for budget promotions, enamel for premium finish.

The standard body is zinc alloy in silver, gold, gunmetal or black matte finish. Brass is available for a heavier, more premium feel.
Samples are available with a small sample fee, refundable when you place a bulk order. Sample lead time is 7–10 days, with photos and video confirmation before shipping.
