We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, and PNG (300 dpi+). A rough hand-drawn sketch or photo is also fine — our design team vectorizes and cleans up artwork at no charge. You'll see and approve a full-color digital proof before anything goes into production.
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design. Multiple color variants of the same design share that 50-piece minimum — no need to order 50 per color. Different designs each need their own 50-piece minimum. For multi-character sets, we can quote a bundled mold package.
After art approval, a physical pre-production sample takes 3–5 business days (strongly recommended for first orders). Bulk production takes 7–12 business days after sample approval. Express shipping (DHL / FedEx) adds 3–7 days on top.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it for any new design. Sample cost is typically $25–$50 depending on complexity. That amount is 100% credited back against your bulk order invoice. We won't start mass production until you've approved the physical sample.
