Our MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For mixed sizes of the same design, the total quantity can be counted together. We also welcome small trial orders for first-time cooperation.
The badge uses a neodymium magnet with strong pull force. It holds firmly on shirts, jackets, lanyards and bags through daily wear, while remaining easy to remove when needed. The magnet is also reusable, so one badge can be moved between outfits.
Yes. Full customization is available — custom logo, artwork, colors, sizes and even packaging. Just send us your artwork file (AI, PDF, PNG or JPG with at least 300 DPI), and we will prepare a free digital proof for your confirmation.
We use full-color UV or offset printing on a glossy paper insert, then seal it with a clear protective film and crimp the tinplate shell. This gives vivid colors, a smooth glossy surface, and scratch/water resistance.
We offer three standard sizes: 32mm (1.25"), 44mm (1.73") and 58mm (2.28"). You may choose one size or a mix of sizes in the same order.
Samples take 3-5 days after artwork confirmation. Bulk production takes 7-10 days. Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method you choose.
Badges are individually protected and packed in OPP bags or kraft boxes by default, then shipped in cartons with protective filling. Custom packaging (printed boxes, hang tags, etc.) is available on request.
Yes. We support mixed sizes under one design counted toward the same MOQ. For multiple designs, please confirm each design's quantity with our sales team so we can quote accordingly.
