Can I print my own logo on the leather patch?
Absolutely. The leather connector patch is the primary logo-bearing surface. We support embossing (heat-pressed inward), debossing (raised outward), gold or silver foil stamping, and UV direct print in full color. Send us your artwork as an AI, SVG, or high-res PNG and we'll send a pre-production proof before manufacturing starts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We offer flexible tiers — from small sample runs for quality checks to large wholesale batches. Contact us directly with your quantity, design, and timeline and we'll respond with current MOQ thresholds and tiered pricing within 24 hours. Mixed designs within a single order are supported.
How durable is the braided cord?
The slim round braided cord is made from tightly wound nylon or faux leather over a reinforced core, chosen for flexibility without stretch or kink. It resists daily abrasion, moisture, and UV fading. The leather connector is stitched and riveted — not just glued — so the assembly holds under the stress of real daily use.
Can I customize the cord color or leather color?
Yes. Custom color combinations are available on request, subject to MOQ requirements for custom materials. Common options include black, brown, or navy cord and tan, dark brown, or black leather. Tell us your target palette and we'll confirm what's achievable within your timeline and budget.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production lead time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Shipping options: Express courier (DHL / FedEx) 3–7 days, Air freight 7–10 days, Sea freight 15–30 days. Rush production is available on request. All orders include tracking information and export documentation.
Do you offer samples before bulk order?
Yes — we strongly recommend sample orders to verify print quality, leather feel, and cord construction before committing to bulk. Sample production typically takes 3–5 business days. Sample costs are credited toward your bulk order when you proceed. Contact us to arrange a sample with your logo artwork.
Do you support OEM / private label?
Yes. We specialize in OEM and private label for gift brands, retail buyers, and e-commerce sellers. No STANDARD GIFTS branding appears on products or packaging. Custom hang tags, polybags, and retail-ready presentation are available. We support white-label drop-shipping and sign NDAs on request.
What file formats do you accept for logo artwork?
We accept AI, SVG, PDF (with vector layers), PSD, PNG (300 dpi or higher), and most common graphic formats. Vector formats produce the cleanest emboss and deboss results. For UV print, high-res raster files work well. If you're unsure about your file, send it over — our pre-press team will review and advise at no charge.
