A layered charm series built around the food people already love: sesame-topped cheeseburgers, red fry cartons, melting pizza slices, hot dogs, glazed donuts and soda cups — finished off with chunky bubble-letter badges such as YUMMY!, SNACK TIME and TASTY. Every piece is moulded as multi-tier 2.5D soft PVC with micro-groove colour separation, then fitted with a flexible snap button that drops into standard clog ventilation holes. Add your own snack SKU, menu icon or café logo to the same series and it ships in one order.

Novelties sell on recognition. A burger or a slice of pizza is understood in half a second and in every market — no translation, no cultural explainer, no instruction manual. That is exactly why food iconography is one of the strongest performing themes in the clog charm category.
Food symbols travel further than characters. A cheeseburger needs no caption to work in a US, EU or APAC storefront, which lets a single moulded set serve every market you list in.
Nobody wears one burger. Assortments are the natural purchase unit here, and the mix-and-match format makes a second and third set an easy upsell on the same order.
The per-unit price sits comfortably in impulse territory, so reorders arrive on their own — seasonal drops, new menu items, holiday colourways and gift-pack refreshes all reuse the same production route.
Because the motif is generic, the badge carries the brand instead. Restaurant chains, cafés, snack brands and delivery platforms can put their own slogan, mascot or logo straight onto the same sculpted charm body.

The series is deliberately assembled as a full menu so buyers can curate their own assortment rather than order a single design. Current tooling covers three families, and any of them can be re-coloured, re-scaled or re-lettered for your line.

Assortment shown is an existing tooling library. Designs can be mixed, dropped or extended within the same production batch — useful when you want one seasonal set plus two evergreen staples.
Food subjects live or die on the detail: a bun needs its sesame speckle, a slice needs its pepperoni discs, fries need their individual sticks. The series is built as multi-tier 2.5D relief so those elements sit at genuinely different heights rather than being printed flat.
Fillings, toppings and straws are raised above the base plate, with the sculpted contours catching light the way a real object would. The tiering is what makes the charm read as a miniature rather than a sticker.
Each colour is injected into its own pocket, divided by a thin raised wall. That wall keeps the green relish out of the yellow cheese and gives the finished piece the crisp, deliberate outline buyers associate with quality tooling.
Slogan badges are engraved with generous letter spacing and stepped outline walls, so wording still reads cleanly at charm scale — even where the letters drop below a few millimetres in height.
Pigment is blended into the soft PVC compound before moulding rather than applied on top, so the shade sits inside the charm. The surface is finished in a smooth satin matte that resists the scuffing of everyday wear.

Macro reference: the burger's bun, lettuce, melted cheese and patty are separate injected layers, and the YUMMY! badge shows multi-colour stepping with an engraved outline wall.
The back of every charm in this series carries a flexible 12mm circular black button, sized for the standard 10mm–13mm round ventilation holes found across classic foam clogs, slides and sandals. The wide flange seats beneath the foam, so the charm sits flush and stays put through normal walking.
Hold the charm by its front face and line the black bottom button up with a ventilation hole on the upper.
Bring the button in at an angle rather than straight down — the wedge lets the flexible rim start entering the hole without fighting the foam.
Push until the rim gives and the flange clears the hole. No glue, no tools and no stitching, which is why the format suits giveaways and self-service retail.
To change the set, reach inside the shoe and push the bottom flange back outward with a finger. Pulling on the front face is what damages charms, so this is the method worth printing on your retail card.

Because the motif is universal and the price point is low, this series is unusually flexible about which channel it enters through. Most buyers run two channels off one mould.
Put the house logo on the coffee cup, the brand mark on the word badge, and hand the set out as a loyalty reward. It is wearable merchandise at a giveaway budget.
Food-truck rallies, food festivals, campus fairs and summer markets all run on themed trinkets. Assorted blind-pack bags keep the queue moving and encourage trading.
Where a brand already owns appetising iconography, the charm becomes a physical extension of the pack artwork — a low-risk trial line ahead of a larger merchandise programme.
Sold as a trio or six-pack on a backing card, the set reads as a gift rather than an accessory, which lifts the average basket value without changing tooling.

Charms are small, light and easily lost in transit, so the default is an individual clear OPP protective bag. From there you can step up to whatever the shelf requires.
Design review, mould machining, colour blending and quality control all sit in-house, which keeps the sample loop short and the approved version identical to the production version.
A logo, mascot, menu icon or rough sketch is enough. Include the intended size, quantity and target market so the proof is quoted against the right band.
You receive a layer-by-layer proof showing colour divisions and relief heights, with Pantone callouts, normally within 24 hours. This is the stage where wording and spacing are corrected.
A pre-production sample is produced so you can hold the piece, confirm the shade against your own reference and test the fit in a real shoe.
Automated multi-colour dispensing and vulcanising, followed by manual inspection of the relief, the colour boundaries and the backing button before packing.
Door-to-door express through the major international carriers, with tracking issued against the consignment so your own storefront can pass it straight to the end buyer.
