A full retro arcade toolkit in 2.5D soft PVC: chunky handheld consoles with real coloured buttons, console gamepads, an arcade joystick and cabinet, stepped pixel hearts, a power-up mushroom, gold coins, pixel ghosts, a chomper and an alien invader — finished with stacked level badges such as LEVEL UP, GAME OVER, WINNER, START and 1UP. Every piece uses stepped 8-bit edges and micro-groove colour separation, and drops into standard clog ventilation holes with a flexible snap button.

Nostalgia is one of the few themes that sells to two generations at once. The buyer who played these games as a child is now the buyer with disposable income, and the audience they are buying for has rediscovered the same aesthetic through streetwear and social feeds.
The same pixel heart reads as nostalgia to an adult buyer and as novelty to a teenage one. That widens the addressable market without splitting the catalogue or doubling your tooling.
Level badges, lives and score counters imply a set with a sequence. Buyers rarely stop at one piece, and a curated assortment turns a single accessory into a repeat-purchase format.
High-saturation pixel blocks photograph well on plain backgrounds and read clearly even at thumbnail size, which is what drives click-through on marketplace listings and social posts.
Arcade graphics already sit on tees, caps and tote bags. Adding charms lets a streetwear or merch brand extend an existing graphic language into footwear with no new artwork.

The series works as a coordinated arcade kit rather than a set of unrelated novelties, so pieces layer together without clashing. Four families are in current tooling, and any element can be re-coloured, re-scaled or re-lettered for your line.

Library shown is existing tooling. Assortments can be curated per buyer, and a single order may combine consoles, icons and level badges from any family.
Pixel art is unforgiving. A single rounded corner or a blurred colour boundary destroys the effect, so the tooling for this series is built specifically around squared geometry and hard colour boundaries rather than the smooth contours used for character charms.
Block edges are moulded as true right-angle steps rather than being softened in tooling. That is what produces the stair-stepped silhouette that reads as authentic 8-bit at a glance, even at charm scale.
Each pixel block is a separate injected pocket divided by a thin raised wall. The wall keeps a red heart's centre from bleeding into its dark outline — the flaw that gives low-grade pixel charms their muddy look.
Hearts, ghosts and badges are built in stacked tiers so the highlight sits physically above the base colour. The result is a piece with depth under glancing light instead of a flat printed panel.
Sprites and word badges carry a raised dark outline, reproducing the black border that defines pixel art. It also protects the inner colour blocks from edge scuffing during everyday wear.

Macro reference: true right-angle pixel stepping on the heart, a moulded screen bezel with directional pad and coloured buttons on the handheld, and clean colour boundaries throughout.
Charms use a flexible 12mm circular black button sized for the standard 10mm–13mm round ventilation holes found across classic foam clogs, slides and sandals. The wide flange seats beneath the foam, keeping the piece flush and secure through normal walking.
Grip the charm across its design rather than its edges, and line the black bottom button up with a ventilation hole on the shoe upper.
Enter the hole at an angle instead of straight down. The wedge lets the flexible rim start passing through without forcing the foam, which is what keeps repeated swaps from stretching the hole.
Push down firmly until the rim flexes and the flange clears the hole. No glue, no tools and no stitching, which is why the format suits giveaways and self-service retail.
Reach inside the shoe and push the bottom flange back outward with a finger. Pulling on the front face is what damages charms, so this method is worth printing on your retail card.

Retro gaming sits at the intersection of streetwear and hobby retail, which gives this series an unusually wide spread of channels for a single mould.
Studios, streamers and apparel labels extend an existing graphic identity onto footwear. The pixel language already exists in their artwork, so no new design work is needed.
Assorted blind packs merchandised at counter height work well with impulse-driven, low-ticket buying, and the collectible mechanic encourages repeat visits.
Trade-show and tournament giveaways benefit from a piece attendees actually keep and wear. Level badges and score counters are easy to co-brand with an event mark.
Retro themes photograph strongly in unboxing content, and a themed trio packs cleanly into a gift set or a monthly subscription drop.

Assortment is the core of this series, so packaging is designed around encouraging buyers to build a set rather than take a single piece.
Design review, mould machining, colour blending and quality control all sit in-house, which keeps the sample loop short and the approved pixel layout identical in mass production.
A logo, sprite, mascot or rough sketch is enough. Include the intended size, quantity and destination market so the quote is built against the right specification.
You receive a layer-by-layer proof showing colour divisions and relief heights with Pantone callouts, normally within 24 hours. Pixel layouts are corrected here, block by block.
A pre-production sample lets you check the stepping sharpness against your own artwork, confirm the shade and test the fit in a real shoe.
Automated multi-colour dispensing and vulcanising, followed by manual inspection of the stepped edges, colour boundaries and backing button before packing.
Door-to-door express through the major international carriers, with tracking issued against the consignment so it can be passed straight to your end buyer.
