Q1. What is the MOQ?

The standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For mixed designs or trial orders, please contact us to discuss a lower MOQ.

Q2. What sizes and materials are available?

The standard size is 20x30 cm (8"x12"), with 30x40 cm, 40x10 cm strips, round and custom die-cut shapes available. The standard material is tinplate; aluminum is available for lighter weight or outdoor use.

Q3. What is the difference between embossed and flat-printed tin signs?

Embossed signs are pressed with a custom die so the artwork and lettering stand out in genuine raised relief — you can see and feel the depth under light. Flat-printed signs are cheaper but have no texture. Embossing adds a small die cost but gives a premium, collectible look that resellers and decor buyers remember.

Q4. Can I customize the design, logo and text?

Yes. You can provide your own artwork, logo, slogan, colors and sizes. We prepare a free design mockup for confirmation before production, including the embossed depth layout.

Q5. Do you charge a die/mold fee? Is the mold kept on file?

A one-time die fee applies to the first order of a new embossed design. We keep your die on file permanently, so reorders of the same design skip the die fee entirely — you only pay the per-piece production cost.

Q6. What is the sample policy?

Samples are available with a small sample fee, refundable against your bulk order. Sample lead time is 5-7 days, with photo and video confirmation before shipping.

Samples: 5-7 days. Bulk: 10-15 days after sample approval. A new embossing die adds 3-5 days of tooling time; we confirm the exact schedule with your artwork.

Q8. How do I mount the sign?

Every sign comes with four pre-drilled corner holes — screw or nail it directly to the wall. Hanging ears, magnetic backing and adhesive backing are available for drill-free mounting.

Q9. Can the signs be used outdoors?

Yes, with the optional weather-resistant coating. Aluminum material plus waterproof lamination is recommended for long-term outdoor exposure such as patios, gardens and storefronts.

Q10. How do you pack large signs to prevent damage?

Standard packing is bubble wrap plus a sturdy carton. For large boards and sea freight we use foam corner protection and reinforced cartons to prevent bending and scratching in transit.
