What is the difference between woven dobby and printed lanyards?

A woven lanyard has your logo woven into the webbing itself — it can never peel, crack or wash off, and it feels premium with a raised texture. Printed lanyards (heat transfer, silk screen) are more cost-effective for full-color photos and smaller budgets, but the print can wear over time. We offer both and will recommend the right craft for your design and budget.

Can the woven logo be in multiple colors?

Yes. Dobby weaving supports up to 4 colors per design with crisp detail. For more colors or photo-quality artwork, we can combine a woven label with a printed webbing body — the best of both crafts.

Can I customize the clip and hardware?

Absolutely. We manufacture metal swivel clips, D-rings, lobster claw clips, metal tips, magnetic buckles and safety pin badge holders in our own hardware factory. Choose polished, satin, antique or custom plating finishes.

What are the available lanyard widths and lengths?

Standard width is 20mm; 10mm, 15mm and 25mm are also available. Standard length is 90cm for adults and 45cm for children. An adjustable buckle option is available for one-size-fits-all needs.

How long does production take?

Samples take 3–7 days. Bulk production takes 7–15 days depending on quantity and design complexity. We confirm an exact schedule when you place your order and prioritize urgent event deadlines.

Do you offer breakaway safety buckles?

Yes. Breakaway (snap-away) buckles are highly recommended for schools, hospitals, children's events and any environment where neck safety matters. They are standard practice for US, Canada and EU buyers — just let us know.

Yes, we can weave on one side or both sides. Double-sided woven branding is popular for premium corporate and event lanyards where both faces are visible.
