The MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For mixed designs, please contact us to discuss lower trial-order MOQs.

Q2. How do I provide my pet's photo?

Send us a clear, high-resolution photo (at least 300 DPI at final size, or a 5MB+ original). Any format works — JPG, PNG, HEIC. We will preview the print layout for your approval.

Q3. Will the print fade or scratch?

The print is sealed under a glossy UV coating that resists scratches, moisture and UV fading, keeping the photo vivid for years of daily wear.

Q4. What material is used?

A white-coated metal base is standard for the brightest colors. Stainless steel and aluminum options are both available.
