Q1. What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For mixed designs, please contact us to discuss lower trial-order MOQs.

Q2. How do I provide my QR code?

Send us your QR code as a vector file (AI, CDR, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG (at least 300 DPI at final size). We will engrave it and provide a mockup with a readability check before mass production.

Q3. Will the engraved QR code still scan after wear?

Yes. Laser engraving cuts a permanent high-contrast pattern into the steel that stays scannable for years. We test readability on every new design before production.

Q4. What material is used?

Brushed 304 stainless steel is standard — rust-proof, hypoallergenic and scratch-resistant. Brass and aluminum options are also available.

Q5. What are the size options?

The standard size is 50 x 28 x 1.5 mm. Mini (38 x 22 mm), bone, round, heart and custom shapes are available on request.

Q6. What is the sample policy?

Samples are available with a small sample fee, refundable against your bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-10 days, with photo/video confirmation before shipping.

Sample: 7-10 days. Bulk: 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity.

Q8. Does it come with a chain?

Yes. Each tag includes a stainless steel ball chain and a black silicone silencer ring. Split rings and swivel hooks are available as options.

Yes. A common setup is the QR code on the front and pet name plus contact text on the back.
